Bill, a native Floridian and long-time Georgian, received his accounting degree from Florida State University and his law degree from Emory University.

He has had the privilege of associating with prominent Atlanta companies, national public accounting firms, well-known lawyers, high-wealth individuals, and a host of small businesses. He recently was a leading advisor to clients of one of the more well-known tax authors in the United States. Bill also provided tax strategizing business advice to Jean Duane, winner of the National Dream Job Contest co-sponsored by Dream In You and Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine.
